Jennifer Ruffino has been a part of the MediLodge family for over 26 years. She came in when it was still Faith Medical and has enjoyed many different roles as an employee including dietary, Activities Director, MDS, Dietary Manager, and is currently the Discharge Planner. She comes as a legacy, as well. Her mother was part of the team for 40 years in medical records. As a little girl, she would come here to work with her mom and she just loved all the residents and staff. They would take her under her wings and bring her into the “family.” Today, Jennifer feels like she has a close-knit work family and group of friends that make it enjoyable every day to be at work. She enjoys helping others and especially the residents. MediLodge of St. Clair is very fortunate to have her as part of our team!
