MediLodge of St. Clair hosted a Blessing of the Bikes event on Saturday and had over 35 motorcycles and their riders and families with them! It was perfect weather and a great time. MediLodge was the last stop on a Medical Ride, where the group started under the Blue Water Bridge and went to 3 hospitals before stopping to visit our staff and lodgers. A blessing of protection for the riders for the season, hot dogs, water, chips and a good rest was given. The lodgers and staff really enjoyed seeing all the chrome and rubber blinging up the parking lot!

"Thank you very, very much for the excellent care you gave our mother for the eight weeks she resided in your facility. On countless times she said, "They'll do anything for you," and "they take good care of me," and "Thank God for places like this." It shows the minute you walk in the door that the folks residing there are cared for, they're content, and their needs are met."
" I would definitely recommend MediLodge of St. Clair to my friends and family. I heard they were the best, and although I can't compare to other facilities, I am very pleased."
" The therapists were excellent; they worked me hard but got the job done!"

" To all the staff involved in taking care of Dolores Fox, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful care you gave to my Mother - in - law, Dolores Fox. Your gentle approach and caring touch provided such comfort to Dolores, especially in her final days. She always described the staff as "wonderful" and would tell us how kind everyone was to her. We want to especially thank those working the evening Dolores passed away. You helped to make our final moments with her very special and helped to ease our hearts as we said good-bye to her. Thank you to everyone for your compassion and caring hearts."
